34th Annual Summer Youth Arts Institute

More than 500 youth ages 10-18 take crash courses in Music, Dance, Theatre, Costume Design, Make-Up, Lighting, Stage Management, Photography and Film/Video. The program will culminate in a large, full-scale production, “THE 80s & 90s: A MUSICAL REVUE,” based on some of the top-chart music hits of two decades. The show is an annual family outing performed to consistent standing-room only audiences. Student scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Supported in part by the Dallas Independent School District Summer Enrichment Program, Big Thought and Dallas’ Office of Cultural Affairs. Hosted by TBAAL Board of Directors.

Institute Registration Fee: $150.00

Classes: Monday, 11 – Saturday, 30 @ 9am to 5pm
