- By telephone — 214-743-2400 during TBAAL Box Office business hours 10 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. Closed 11 am-1 pm on Tuesdays for Staff Meeting and for lunch Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2 pm – 3 pm. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Box Office is closed from 12 noon – 4 pm on Saturdays, but will continue to open 1 hour before each ticketed performance.
