We are located in the heart of downtown Dallas at the corner of Akard and Canton streets, right across from Dallas City Hall.

PATRONS ARRIVING LATE TO PERFORMANCES WILL BE SEATED AT THE USHER’S DISCRETION.

Taking photographs/videos of performances is strictly prohibited. Uploading or copying unauthorized photos/videos of all TBAAL programs is strictly prohibited and is subject to legal action.

Outside normal business hours, TBAAL’s Box Office is open 2-hours prior to performances in the Naomi Bruton Main Stage and 1-hour prior to performances in the Clarence Muse Café Theatre, T203, T312-313 and T314.

To pick up WILL CALL TICKETS, present a valid driver’s license/photo ID card. If you purchased tickets through www.ticketmaster.com or 800.745.3000, bring your confirmation number from the online/charge-by-phone ticket purchase.

Service charges and fees are not included in price. TBAAL’s Ticketing Fees are $2-$3 in addition to ticket price. TBAAL Box Office and Ticketmaster fees differ. On night of performance, only a $1 fee is added to the ticket price.

CASH ONLY IS ACCEPTED THE NIGHT OF THE PERFORMANCE.

With advance ticket purchases, you may select reserved seating for the Naomi Bruton Main Stage unless the performance is General Admission. Best available seats are given to walk-up ticket buyers the night of the performance.

There is always General Admission seating in the Clarence Muse Café Theatre, T203, T312-313 and T314.

No refunds and/or exchanges for ticket purchases unless a program has been cancelled.

For quick seating, arrive early. Have your tickets ready for ushers to direct you to your seats. Listen for announcements to ensure you enter the correct theater door.

Patrons may park at City Hall across the street, paid parking lots diagonally across the street from TBAAL or in the Convention Center’s parking garage.

Handicap Accessible seating is available upon request at the price of regular admission. Please inquire about handicap parking.
