The National Association of Dramatic and Speech Arts Conference
(NADSA) will convene in Dallas this year where industry professionals
in theatre, film, television and arts administration search for
youth with promise. At the country’s only predominantly
African American educational theatre conference, more than 30
institutions showcase their brightest students. The young
artists perform in various theatrical competitions critiqued
by industry professionals. High school speech and drama
programs are invited to attend and showcase their students’ talent. For
